as the courses are in excellent condition with very few people
playing golf.
No need to worry about people
behind you, or feel impatient with those in front.

The nearest course is Haut Poitou, which is regarded as the second hardest
golf course in France.
It has and 18 hole course,
a 9 hole course, a driving range, a pitching area, putting green and excellent restaurant
overlooking the course and the lake of St Cyr.
There is a superb golf course at Poitiers Miganloux Bauvais (45 minute drive). This is an 18 hole golf course.
There
is a 27 hole golf course at Le Forge (an hour's drive) where you can choosewhich two 9 hole courses you wish to play.
There
is an 18 hole golf course at La Roche Posay (20 minutes drive).
